We offer subscription services for photo album, cloud storage. Please visit our premium plan page for further information. Please subscribe through in-app purchase. You will have a monthly recurring payment by credit cards from the app Store/Google Play.
No. For safety reasons, pixsee comes with its own adapter and must be plugged into a power source to operate.
Wi-Fi is required for pixsee to connect its camera to the App and cloud services. Alert notifications and photos may not be sent should Wi-Fi connections fail to operate.
The speed requirement for pixsee is 5 Mbps for uploads or downloads. To make a stable Internet connection, we recommend connecting a single device to a Wi-Fi AP.
pixsee is RoHS compliant, so materials used have fewer health risks, particularly for the elderly, children, and pregnant women.
pixsee app is compatible with most iOS and Android devices.
Compatibility Requirements:
For Android – software version 8.0 or later

Storage is unlimited. However, pictures are only kept on the cloud for 30 days on our basic plan. Consider upgrading to the Premium package to keep your pictures, photos, and all of your precious memories.

pixsee can only be bound to one account at once, but your account and password may be shared with family members. To keep a stable internet connection, we recommend connecting no more than 3 devices at once.
*Please note：If a third-party account (WeChat or Apple ID) is used to register for the first time, you will not be able to share your account with friends and family for viewing upon their login. If shared viewing is preferred, it is advised that you register with an email and share the account and password with friends and family until a multi-user “shared viewing” feature is available.
